Patrick Swayze gave himself 2 years to live in his interview with Barbara Walters, but it seems he may have unfortunately spoken too soon. Patrick Swayze was hospitalized with pneumonia on January 9, 2008 and it looks like things are only going to get worse.
It's also possible that Patrick Swayze knew he didn't have much longer and wanted to do one last interview before giving in to his inoperable pancreatic cancer. Our hearts and prayers are with him and his lovely wife.
It would be wonderful if Patrick Swayze could defy the odds once again and bounce back, but I'm sure he's exhausted as it is.
